          Thailand is a country in Southeast Asia. A year in Thailand is divided into three seasons: summer, rainy, and winter. The average annual temperature is kept at 30 degrees. Summer runs from mid–February until mid–May, when the average temperature in the region of 29-38 degrees. The rainy season is from June to October, which is caused by southwestern wind from the Indian Ocean. The country receives a mean annual rainfall of 1,200 to 1,600 mm.
