DEVELOPMENT OF VIRTUAL REALITY PLUS AUGMENTED REALITY SPORT INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL TO ENHANCE TENNIS TECHNICAL SKILLS OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Abstract
The Objective of this research were: 1) To examine the factors to enhance tennis technical skills of undergraduate students, 2) To develop virtual reality plus augmented reality sport instructional model to enhance tennis technical skills of undergraduate students, and
3) To study the results of implementing virtual reality plus augmented reality sport Instructional model to enhance tennis technical skills of undergraduate students. The Population are The total of 257 freshmen .students from 6 sections of students with different levels of proficiency – beginner, and intermediate, who enroll in the college tennis
course at Yulin Normal University in semester 1 academic year 2023. The instrument of the research used to collect data was the 5 rating-scale the questionnaire for students and the interview for the teachers. Research process to do the questionnaire for students. Data Analysis by Descriptive Statistics i.e., Frequency, mean, Standard Deviation.
The results of this research were found results are 1) The Internal factors in the study titled “Development of Virtual Reality Plus Augmented Reality Sports Instructional Model to
Enhance Tennis Technical Skills of Undergraduate Students”, the teacher interviews were conducted to examine the factors that enhance tennis technical skills of undergraduate students. The results of the interviews were summarized and analyzed, and the main internal factors that influence the improvement of tennis technical skills in undergraduate students were identified as learning attitude, learning motivation, learning interest, and self-confidence in learning, and The external factor in the study of “Development of Virtual Reality Plus Augmented Reality Sports Instructional Model to Enhance Tennis Technical Skills of Undergraduate Students”, the teacher interviews about “examining the factors to enhance tennis technical skills of undergraduate students” were summarized and analyzed. Among them, the main external factors influencing the improvement of tennis technical skills in undergraduate students are the teacher’s basic teaching ability, classroom organization and implementation, personal qualities of the teacher, teaching attitude of the teacher, innovation in teaching methods, and sports curriculum design.
