HongThai is brand of Thai herbal inhalant, which was originated in 1988. It was promoted by Lisa Blackpink (Korean Female Idol) on 1st August 2023. She was interviewed in the topic of the items in her pocket. One item, which is normally used by Lisa, is HongThai. Therefore, people around the world were interested in the use of HongThai as Lisa does.
HongThai is generally used to relieve the dizzy and carsick symptoms. Why it can decrease these symptoms. Thus, the major ingredient of HongThai, Borneo camphor, cinnamomum camphora, peppermint, and eucalyptus, is described in this article.
Borneo camphor (or camphor tree or Malay camphor or Sumatran camphor) is found in Sumatra, peninsular Malaysia, and Borneo. It is used for incense and perfumes because of its odor.
Cinnamomum camphora is usually planted in China and Japan as medical tree. Moreover, its essential oil can be widely used in the market as raw material of inhalant.

Eucalyptus is native to Australia. It can be applied for paper industry, for honey production or for essential oil. Eucalyptus oil is extracted using steam distilled method from the leaves and can be used for cleaning and as an industrial solvent, as an antiseptic, for deodorize. It has insect-repellent properties and serves as an active ingredient in some commercial mosquito-repellents. Aromatherapists have adopted Eucalyptus oil for a wide range of purposes such as inhalant.
