การศึกษาศักยภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชนในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกษตรอินทรีย์จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เป็นการวิจัย
เชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลวิสาหกิจชุมชน คัดเลือกวิสาหกิจชุมชนต้นแบบที่มีศักยภาพ และศึกษา
องค์ประกอบด้านศักยภาพในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกษตรอินทรีย์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอําเภออู่ทอง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องในหน่วยงานราชการระดับจังหวัด อําเภอและท้องถิ่น ประกอบกับการการสนทนากลุ่มกับสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนครอบคลุม 13 ตําบลของอําเภออู่ทองเพื่อคัดเลือกวิสาหกิจชุมชนต้นแบบที่มีศักยภาพในการ
พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกษตรอินทรีย์ ตามองค์ประกอบเชิงทฤษฎีและผลการวิจัยศักยภาพชุมชนในพื้นที่อื่นของประเทศไทย
พบว่า วิสาหกิจชุมชนเกษตรอินทรีย์ทุ่งทองยั่งยืน ตําบลจรเข้สามพัน เป็นกลุ่มที่มีองค์ประกอบด้านศักยภาพครบถ้วนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การมีผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของประธานวิสาหกิจชุมชน การยึดมั่นกับการรณรงค์และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาเกษตรอินทรีย์ มุ่งมั่นด้วยพลังแห่งการสร้างชุมชนเกษตรอินทรีย์กับเป้าหมายการสร้างสุขภาพจิตและสุขภาพกายที่ดีแก่ตนเอง ครอบครัว ชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อม เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติและรับความรู้ใหม่อยู่ตลอดเวลา มีการ
กระตุ้นทางปัญญาด้วยความรู้และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่นเสมอ สั่งสมองค์ความรู้ ภูมิปัญญา จัดการกระบวนการเรียนรู้และเครือข่ายได้เป็นอย่างดี ประกอบกับการสนับสนุนของภาครัฐ ส่งผลให้ผลการดําเนินงานดีขึ้น จํานวน

Abstract
The study of “Potential of Community Enterprises in Organic Agriculture Product Development in Suphanburi Province” is aim to study the community enterprises, select the best practice potential group, and study the components of their potential in developing the organic products of U-thong district, Suphanburi Province. The study is conducted with provincial and district government officials, and the leader of community enterprises by interviewing and conducting the focus group methods with the members of community enterprises and selecting the potential groups with theoretical potential community’s factors according to the past research findings in different areas. When analyzing the potential components of the organic farming community enterprises, it is found that Tung Thong Yang Yuen Organic Agriculture Community Enterprise of Chorakhe Samphan Sub-district is a group with the most complete potential of transformational leadership of the leader of community enterprises and adherence of the campaign and conservation of organic agricultural wisdom. Its members are happy with the commitment of the power of creating an organic farming community with the goal to create good mental health and physical health for oneself, family and community. Community members are inspired with the effort to learn from practice and gain new knowledge all the time, have intellectual stimulation with knowledge, and always listen to the opinions of others. This leads to accumulating cultural knowledge and wisdom, and good learning process and network management, together with the support of the government. The operation results are satisfying and can be continued to develop.
