บทคัดย่อ
การท่องเที่ยวเป็นนโยบายสำคัญในการสร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศ ปัจจุบันการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ เป็นรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องอาศัยการสร้างความร่วมมือจากหลายๆฝ่าย ในการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยว ให้สัมฤทธิ์ผล ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจที่จะทำการวิจัยรูปแบบผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวแบมีส่วนร่วมของระบบองค์กรการบริหารจัดการ สมาชิกในชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการ และนักท่องเที่ยว ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ และรูปแบบผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประชากรและ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้นำชุมชน คณะกรรมการชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการ ชาวบ้าน จำนวน 337 คน ดำเนินการจัดเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบประเมินตนเองที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็นเครื่องมือ รวมถึง การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพัทธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยอิทธิพล การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุด้วยโปรแกรม Lisrel 8.52
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศแบบมีส่วนร่วม ของตำบล เกาะเสม็ด ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรุนแรงในระดับน้อย ปัญหาที่มีระดับความรุนแรงของปัญหามากที่สุด ตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านองค์กรการบริหารจัดการ ปัญหาด้านผู้ประกอบการ ปัญหาด้านนักท่องเที่ยว และปัญหาด้านสมาชิกในชุมชน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศแบบมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด คือ ระบบองค์กรการบริหารจัดการมีผลสืบเนื่องจากพลังสนับสนุนของ ระบบชุมชน และผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่

ABTRACT
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the problems of participatory ecotourism management 2) the assessment of participatory ecotourism management achievement of the management organization, community members, entrepreneurs and tourists 3) the factors affecting the participatory ecotourism management achievement and 4) the model of participatory ecotourism management achievement . The population and sample included community leaders, community committees, entrepreneurs and local people in total of 337 persons. Data were collected using the self-assessment form developed by the researcher, observation and interview. The quantitative data were analyzed in frequency, percentage, mean, deviation, correlation coefficient. The analysis of influent factors, structural equation modeling and causal model were done by Lisrel 8.52
The findings revealed as follows:
1. The seriousness of problem related to the participatory ecotourism management in the Samed Island were low. The most serious problems were related to the management organization, entrepreneurs, tourists and the community members respectively.
2. The direct and indirect factors affecting the participatory ecotourism management achievement the most was the system of management organization generated from the supportive power of community system and entrepreneurs in the island.
